What we collect

  • Your email address, to send essential account messages.
  • Your nickname and country, used to tailor language and urgent help.
  • Your intake answers, free-text entries, AI-rewritten drafts, visit summaries, after-visit responses, and safety flags — all stored privately to your account.

What we never put in email

We never mention prostate cancer, LGBT identity, heterosexual spouse status, sexual health, doctor prep, safety flags, AI rewriting, visit summaries, or after-visit responses in any email subject or body. Email is used only for: confirming your address, resetting your password, confirming an email change, and confirming account deletion.

Country

We ask which country you're in now so we can show the right urgent safety language. We do not collect ZIP code, city, address, or referral location.

Admin access

Authorized admins are permitted to review your saved answers for safety, account support, and product quality. This includes your intake answers, saved visit summaries, AI-generated drafts, after-visit responses, and safety flags. Internal admin notes are not visible to you and are not included in your visit summary. You control what gets saved, deleted, and exported.

Deletion

You may delete your account and saved data at any time from Privacy settings. After deletion we retain only the minimum needed to prove the deletion happened: the deletion date, your deleted user ID, the deletion method, and (if an admin initiated it) the admin ID and a reason code. We do not keep your care, relationship, identity, or health-related content after deletion.

What we don't do

  • No social network features, peer messages, or public profiles.
  • No referral or provider directory.
  • No weekly trackers or check-in surveys.
  • No automatic sharing with the patient, clinicians, or third parties.
  • No marketing or product-announcement emails.
