What this app is

Family Visit Prep is a private, educational tool for care partners of people diagnosed with prostate cancer. It helps you understand what the person you support is facing, prepare respectful questions, turn your own concerns into visit-ready language, and record what happened after a visit.

What this app is not

This app does not give medical advice, make diagnoses, recommend or approve treatments, or replace the patient's doctor, emergency care, or licensed mental health care. If anyone has urgent symptoms or feels unsafe, seek urgent help in your country.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You may delete your account and saved data at any time from Privacy settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person, or to share content you do not have permission to share. Authorized admins may review saved answers for safety, account support, and product quality, as described in the Privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. Updates appear as an in-app notice the next time you log in.
